An intensive Zen sesshin with Roshi Grover Genro Gauntt and Acharya Fleet Shinryu Maull, incorporating teachings from both the Soto Zen and Tibetan Buddhist Vajrayana traditions.
The retreat will follow a traditional sesshin format, with the emphasis on silent sitting and walking meditation (zazen and kinhin), interspersed with Dharma talks, dokusan (meditation interviews), meals and samu (work practice).
The sesshin leaders, Roshi Grover Genro Gauntt and Roshi Fleet Shinryu Maull have each been practicing meditation for more than 40 years and teaching for over 30 years, pursuing deep practice, study and service in many different spiritual and contemplative traditions.
Roshi Genro and Roshi Fleet will give Dharma talks influenced by the Zen and Vajrayana traditions, respectively.
